Below Zero is an Improvement Program.
We believe that the human being can be better, both within and outside the worksite. To achieve this, it is necessary to follow certain regulations, some of which can be obtained from past experiences.
Planning and communication, as well as safety training prevent accidents. Below Zero is an initiative to go beyond the established safety standards in our industry.
The real meaning of Below Zero is to “freeze” all those risky situations. We will accomplish this by considering the following factors: Being on time and prepared, excellent work ethics, attitude, body language, the will to learn, always doing more than expected, and assuming nothing and questioning everything, while teaching others.
